Gregory Albert Abasi Jahi Manley was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. He attended High School of Art & Design in New York graduating in 1988. He relocated to Arizona in 2003 with his wife and children. In 2013, he attended Phoenix College to continue his education in Fine Arts. Graduated in 2017 as an Eric Fischl Scholar Alumnus, earning an associate in Fine Art under the influence of mentor, Professor Jay Hardin. He is currently transferring to Arizona State University to continue his education in Fine Art. Gregory has been shown in the Eric Fischl Gallery, Modified Arts Gallery, Phoenix Art Museum and the West Valley Art Museum as well as, commissioned by private collectors located in Scottsdale and Laveen, AZ. Gregory currently resides in El Mirage, AZ.
